On The Lookout For A Fast Weight Loss Diet

Lunch consists of 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna, 5 saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner includes two beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots,one banana, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
And lastly day three breakfast includes black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, five regular saltine crackers, one oz.(slice) cheddar cheese, and one apple. Lunch is one hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water. Dinner consists of one cup of tuna, one cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, one cup of melon, a half cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Cottage cheese can be substituted for tuna, an orange can be substituted for grapefruit, frozen yogurt can replace the ice cream, and as much lemon, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted. Please remember that this fast weight loss diet is designed as a three day diet, only to be followed as part of an overall healthy diet.
